Ideal to enjoy Shrewsbury town centre and the river

We had a fantastic stay at this studio apartment, in Shrewsbury, next to the Quarry (large park) and Dingle. We would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay close to the main town centre area. The studio itself is a great size, with a well-designed open-plan kitchen and living area that felt both spacious and is very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and well equipped — the large TV, dining table, and cosy sofa made it a perfect place to relax after a days walking and exploring the local attractions. There was a hair dryer and large towels included and all the essentials you would need for a stay. One of the standout touches, was the warm welcome we received on arrival. As we were celebrating a special occasion, the hosts had kindly left us gorgeous flowers, some nibbles, and even a couple of alcoholic beverages waiting for us in the fridge. This was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture, thank you. This studio apartment comes highly recommended.

Found it difficult to adjust the heating temperature.

Owner contacted me at last minute to say the property was no longer available with flabby excuse. Then repeatedly insisted I cancel the booking (not him). Left me out of pocket and hugely inconvenienced. Appalling comms. Terrible place. Had to get booking.com customer service involved.

The apartment was beautiful and in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very well equipped with lovely traditional touches. We would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Lovely layout nice and roomy, thought the kitchen was especially well appointed

Bedroom window shutters did not reach the top of the window and therefore didn’t block the (very bright) street lights.
