Stella Meri Studios - Apartments

Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε πολύ ωραία θέση στην Νότια μεριά του 1ου ποδιού της Χαλκιδικής, ήταν καταπράσινα, δίπλα στην θάλασσα! Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και το διαμέρισμα που μείναμε ήταν πολύ όμορφο, Επειδή διάβασα και κάποια σχόλια για το air conditioning, οφείλω να πω πως προσωπικά δεν ζεστάθηκα ούτε μια στιγμή και κάλυπτε όλο το διαμέρισμα! Είχε θέα απερίγραπτη και κάθε πρωί απολάμβανα τον καφέ μου βλέποντας την ατέλειωτη θέα της θάλασσας! Ήταν σαν πίνακας ζωγραφικής και το ηλιοβασίλεμα που έβλεπα τα απόγευμα άλλο πράγμα! Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με διάφορα σκεύη και είδη μαγειρικής αν ήθελες να φτιάξεις κάτι, εμείς δεν τα χρησιμοποιούσαμε γιατί τρώγαμε έξω! Μόνο το ψυγείο χρησιμοποιήσαμε για να βάλουμε νερά! Συνιστώ να πάρετε νερά γιατί το νερό της Χαλκιδικής γενικά έχει υψηλή σκληρότητα αλλά είναι πόσιμο! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την ευχάριστη εμπειρία και την άνεση που μας χαρίσατε! Οι ιδιοκτήτες πολύ ευγενικοί και αν χρειαζόταν κάτι ήταν εκεί παρόντες να τους το πούμε ακόμα και για το αν χαλάσει κάτι, δεν χρειάστηκε όμως γιατί όλα ήταν στην εντέλεια! Έπισης το κατάλυμα είναι 5 λεπτά με το αμάξι από φαγάδικα ταβέρνες κλπ. Αν χρειαστεί κάτι όπως τσιγάρα, καφές ή κάτι για φαγητό έχει κοντά και mini market, όπως και ένα περίπτερο στην πλατεία της Νέα Σκιώνης! Εμάς μας βόλεψε πολύ από όλες τις απόψεις! Δεν έχω να πω τίποτα. Ήταν όλα πολύ ωραία και προσεγμένα!

Мястото е подходящо за хора, които искат да избягат от забързаното ежедневие, шума и да се потопят в спокойствие.

Everything was just lovely, the studio, the view, the garden, the fact that it was so close to the sea and so many attractions. I will want to come back.

One small thing: the need of a pan and a medium sized pot, it would be great if the kitchen had these two things. We travelled with a kid and it was difficult to make him breakfast like omelette or easy pancakes/oatmeal.

I loved the silence of this place, with a big green garden where you can relax and read. It has studio apartments with big balconies facing the sea. You can go directly to the beach from the back yard. It's at a 3 min drive away from Nea Skioni, a lively little village with everything you need.

The bed was a bit hard and bouncy.

Good size rooms, clean, windows everywhere that means bright and sunny, good size fridge (we had the big one), excellent bbq facilities (2 of them), but the most exiting was the grass area where our small daughter enjoyed running so much and enjoying the nature, beautiful plants everywhere and clean.

The cooking utensils are good but could be upgraded especially adding some knives not only butter knives and some non stick pan cause you can't cook a lot of things to the two pots that are there except you are boiling or stewing something. But the owners after a request they have given us their own pan which was nice gesture. Also, we had some issues with bath shower drainage since look like was kinda blocked when we first entered the rooms and didn't drain good the water in the shower and the extra middle open drain was spitting the water back out to the floor which was a bit annoying cause we had to mop up that excess of water every time we had shower and it was a hazard for our daughter because it was very slippery, she fallen even once but didn't hurt herself. Other that minor issue the bathroom facilities was excellent and had even a hairdryer in the wall so you can use it straight after the shower which was comfy.

The location is located in a very quiet area, close to the seashore. The apartment is very comfortable with a generous balcony and a superb view towards the sunset.

The seaview was nice. The apartment was also clean.

Too small for a family of two adults and two kids. The kitchen lacked a stove, a kettle, a frying pan. There was also no laundry machine.
