The apartments are clean the furniture is nice and modern. The hosts are wonderful great place to stay with the kids. Will surely visit again.

The apartment was beautifully clean and especially set up for our family. Beds made according to the amount of people who they knew would arrive. They had a trampoline and swing for the kids and wonderful outside area.

The bathroom drain had a smell.

The modern, stylish apartments were spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and forests. The location is excellent - just a short walk from Sokobanja's main promenade and city center. This allowed us to easily explore the local shops, parks and restaurants. By the end of our stay, we felt completely rejuvenated and refreshed. The owners at Ruj provided warm, welcoming service throughout our visit and even off. Transport from the apartment to anywhere can be easily arranged. We recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing escape in this picturesque Serbian town.

it was extremely cold without enough heating, and all the plug in one room weren’t working while in the other the electricity was going down each 20 minutes

Beautiful views over the town and the mountain. Friendly and more than accommodating host. Clean, quiet and comfortable accommodation. We had great time staying here.

Nothing

Very dirty, very. Owner probably works alone and can not hold property clean. Our bedding smelled bad and was not clean, so we called the man to change it, which he did immediately, all respect for him, but the accommodation is very dirty. It is very cold inside and the only thing that warms it is a small electric fan. The toilet smells of urine.
