San Lameer Villa 3002 by Top Destinations Rentals

I appreciated Jeniffer and the host for accommodating my mums specific dietary needs. The charged flashlight was definately a thoughtful touch when we had load shedding. The extra plug points with the many adapters in every room was a relief with teenage kids. Property was clean modern and it was a home away from home. The resort had something for everyone.Loved being surrounded by nature. Can't wait to go back there.

House was modern and well equipped

They did not replace toilet paper, so we had to buy our own. The house was not serviced daily, which should have been specified too.

Need to cut back some bush around unit ,and monkeys are a nightmare

Amenities and facilities are excellent. Lots to do.

The bedding in the room wasn't too clean. Some of the cupboards were dirty and some of the appliances in the kitchen as well. It could do with a good wipe down The outside braai area and eating area could do with more lighting.

Close to the beach. Large main bedroom and very nice entertainment area.

Smaller rooms were very dark. Some items were dated and needed a little repair or upgrade. This is very minor. I suppose the one thing that did annoy me a little is that we didn't get more toilet paper after the first day, so we had to buy our own.

Facilities and location excellent

The cleaning service that is responsible for cleaning unit 3002 should be monitored closely and supervised,dirty towels in both bathrooms. The couch needs to be replaced or upholstered, and the furniture should be properly wiped down and clean. The bathrooms should be scrubbed and balcony swept and thoroughly cleaned, and windows should be cleaned from insects and dust. Bedding and furniture had an unpleasant odor.
