Die Lage, die Wohnatmosphäre der Preis.

Die Betten (knarrten sehr und die Matratze) Das Sofa müsste auf Grund der Fleckanfälligkeit entweder mal grundgereinigt oder erneuert werden. Um den Geschirrspüler zu nutzen bedarf es mehr Tassen. Aber das war okay. Wir haben eben abgewaschen. So einige kleine Schwachstellen an den Außenanlagen müssten mal behoben werden, wie zum Beispiel lockere Trittsteine auf der Außentreppe.

Die Lage ist perfekt und es ist sauber und ordentlich

Die Treppe ist lebensgefährlich. Besonders für Kinder vollkommen inakzeptabel!!! Das große Bett wackelt und quietscht massiv.
