"Good location but needs refurbishment"

Good location, provided all facility we needed inc washing machine

Property need refurbishment overall to bring it up to date, flooring needs replacing. Garden needs tiding up as it was too messy to use.

I liked the location and the house... kids could play outside and the kitchen was provided with full utensils alongwith tea coffee .... Springvale supermarket was very nearby and the library was also nearby....Lovely place...will come back again

We booked this property, only to arrive, the doors were open and the place was being totally renovated. Furniture was pushed to the side, floors were being polished. So totally unavailable for rent. We were flabbergasted. Our money was taken from our account and now we had to find alternative accommodation. Not happy.
