St Moritz 3 Suite vista lago

The location was great, facility is good. safe area & the so spacious where all family can set together in the living room with Mountain view. Clean and fully equipped Kitchen. very comfortable and cosy.

well, we reached the place but we didn't get any clue where is it exactly ( no name on building doors) ! or how to get the keys or how to get in! I believe this should have been communicated earlier with photos. I had to send msgs on booking to know it!

Location was good although it was on an uphill slope. It is also spacious for 6 pax

There are only 2 toilets and not three as advertised. Communication with host also felt insincere and sarcastic. Only 3 tall mugs for 6 pax.

The location was good.

It would have been nice to know that, unlike shown in all the pictures of the property, there was a GIANT crane blocking the beautiful view that you see in the pictures. The apartment was not clean, the door to the patio was cracked and broken with a large gap letting air into the room but not allowing you to access the patio. The only access was through the master bedroom. The laundry room was not in the apartment, but in a room next door, and it did not work properly. The dryer would only work for 20 seconds and then go off. We specifically booked this because it advertises a washer and dryer, but it was very inconvenient because it's not in the apartment, and it doesn't work very well in any event. My daughter left her leather jacket in the closet of the bedroom she was staying in, and when we realized that, we contacted the owner and were told that it wasn't there. I placed it in the closet myself, so I know if had to be there. Overall, it was, by far, the worst place we stayed on our 3 week European trip. I'm glad we only spent 2 nights of our 21 day trip there. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

No instructions from host prior to arriving at location. Apartment is very difficult to find because it's on top of a bank building and the only entrance door is next to a casino on the bottom floor. We were in a foreign country with difficulty communicating with anyone to help explain our situation. There are no signs or person to greet you at the property. Due to miscommunication with property management we were forced to seek alternative accommodations.
