Dostaje sie mały, 35l worek na smieci na tydzień, stanowczo za mało. Musielismy szukać alternatywy.

Great location, no need to use the car, since the apartment is near a bakery and two supermarkets and the lake of St. Moritz is just a few hundred meters away. The start of several hiking trails is within walking distance and, if you want to have a run training session, you can reach the athletics track in a few minutes by feet and have the pleasure to share it with some international elite runners! When I left the apartment, I forgot a bag in it and the staff of VIVA-Ferien staff was very kind, since they found it and shipped it to me. This showed a willingness to improve compared to the passive attitude when I asked for help the morning there was no hot water.

The rental price is quite expensive for just a studio apartment. A sunday morning there was no hot water and the staff of VIVA-Ferien did not help. I expected them to deal with the problem, while they showed a passive behavior, simply replying to my request of help after two hours with a message in which they asked me if the issue was still there. Since I needed to take a shower and I didn't know how to solve the problem, I had to ring the doorbell of my neighbours and ask to call someone who could fix the issue.

Loved St Moritz and the countryside

We were not informed before our stay that there is a huge building project that has been going on for 2 years directly in front of the apartment. The view is advertised as mountain views but the reality is a dusty ugly building site and a dirty balcony. Apparently it tells you about this on their website but there is no information about this on booking.com so be aware, it is happening until 2024. You also get woken up to building noises at 8.00am ish, so we couldn't spend mornings in the apartment. When we complained we were just met with defensive, passive aggressive communication which wasn't pleasant. Also it's difficult to use the shower as a shower because the shower head is fixed far too low and points straight outwards.
