We were very impressed with their customer service ! They followed up with us and gave us very clear instructions on whatsapp. They were easy to reach and replied almost instantly when we had any doubts. Also, the view was spactacular! I bet we had the best view in St Moritz itself. The apartment was lovely and cosey. It was well equiped and clean.
