C5 - Schick und freundlich, zentral, modernes Studio

Nicely appointed studio apartment in excellent location. The host is easy to communicate with and very prepared with all the information re the apartment, restaurants and St Moritz. Coop supermarket is 30 sec away, bus stop is 1 min, Corviglia gondola is 1 min away too. Apartment has a lift.

Small things - only one rubbish bag is supplied, no earlier check in option, Swiss coins only washing machine.

It had everything you needed with fridge, coffee, microwave kettle toaster and fan. It is opposite a supermarket.

The instructions to get in are long and overly wordy so that you need to use a link every time and the link takes you to the bottom of the information. You miss the main points. You read the greeting and intro to the owner, repeatedly but not where the apartment is, where the key is and what the code is. Absolutely frustrating and the feedback from the owner is to resend the long message again as if you were stupid to have missed it, which in turn leads you to the dreaded "read more" link and then you are at the bottom with his farewell again. That's when I realised why I missed all the info. You have to look repeatedly for relevant information as if that is the only thing to do in your life. FYI owner, 4 days prior, I was looking for another front door in another apartment, not reading the owners profile for this apartment. "Keep it simple" and "less is more" are well known pieces of advice. They should be applied. Also, It's not that common for an apartment to ask for a bond and now I have to wait 10 days to see if I get it back. 2 night stay and he has my money for 10 days! The apartment itself is very hot. A fan is provided but it was uncomfortably hot at night and only one window opens but no breeze comes through. Lastly, the bed is worn more on one side and falls off on the side nearest the door where obviously more people sit. Probably all in all a more pleasant experience if you can get into the apartment with ease and not spend half an hour growing more frustrated. I am really not that interested in knowing the owner resides in Vancouver but I do want to know where the front door is, where's the key and what floor is the apartment on. All hidden deep in a verbose message consisting of an intro and a final sentence "if you need anything just contact me". I did. I needed to know where the apartment was and how to get in.

Secure premises. Close to station by bus with a short walk after. Kitchen equipment enough to make simple dishes. Only room for one to use effectively. Good shower, beds not quite the best for a good sleep but given what St Moritz is - very expensive, it is a reasonable place to stay.

Currently building work going on which caused disturbance. Beds could be a bit better.

We highly recommend this property. It was excellent value for money and located in the centre of town. It was a well equipped and presented studio with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Communication with the host was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Not much. As small as an hotel room, without the services of an hotel

Very “average” and small, at a high price The property emailed us telling us 1) the room was available for the next night. Otherwise we would have to check out at 10 in the morning. At 10??? Never seen a airbnb or hotel with so early check out. My gf was sick, so i asked for a bit later check out. Harsh answer “either you book another night, or check out at 10”. Very unfriendly and unfair. EDIT AFTER THE REPLY OF THE LANDLORD: there are several elements that dont work with the apartment. size/location/quality/price dont match. but let me reply about the late check out. it is not true that you could not extend my check out because of a short notice booking. i asked for a late check out, you didnt even ask me "how late" and just said "only if you pay for an extra night. please at least be honest with your customers.

Location & Cleanliness

Parking was the only major issue.

the studio is 15 mins walk from the st.moritz station，and there is a little supermarket nearby. The host is really kind and offerred me a lot of useful information in advance. with this location and price，highly recommend！

The property was incredibly clean, organised and had great facilities. It was in an exceptional location that was close to the train station which made things easy as well!
