The apartment is nicely decorated and furnished, and is in a lovely location. The washer was very helpful for us and the balcony was a nice feature. We had good communication form the host.

Picking up the key was challenging. We thought we understood what to do, but then there must have a been a change of plan due to the front desk being closed. It took quite some time for us to get in. Make sure you are clear and stay in contact for changes.

There is everything to be liked about this property. The room size is big enough to accommodate a family of 5. The furnitures were in excellent condition. The room was clean & smelt good. The first thing you notice is the smell, if it smells good, then its good. The supplies were all stocked up, although we could not use due to our short time. There were welcome cholclates loved & gulped down quickly by my kids. This is highly appreciative of the host. The location is excellent in terms of the views from your room. My kids loved all the electronics stuff available in the room & they tried their hands a bit at the google assistant. There were kids game also available ( monopoly) which they enjoyed away from home. My kids never forget experience of this room, they loved it so much. In the morning we saw squirrels come up on the railing to take their nuts snacks. Its really great being among the nature. The kids loved getting the squirrels getting on the rails & coming closer to us. The host was excellent & coordinated everything in advance & shared proper directions for the key collection. Remote chat support was provided as needed. All in all good customer support was provided by the host. The location is a bit steep down from the main road It could be hard for small kids to climb. But thats something you bargain for the comfort of the room. Famlies with small kids can bring their own stroller or pushchair to make it easy for them the climb while going out in the city. Some Suggestions: --> May be put up lights in the balcony --> If possible provide a Stroller, so that families can move up the climb easily. --> Iron board to be placed in the property somehere to locate easily.

Fantastic self catering apartment with a great location close to the town. The apartment is smart with high quality facilities including - a washing machine, nespresso machine with a selection of pods provided, a high end kitchen, fast internet and 4k projector for watching movies etc. Our apartment had a balcony with a nice view down the valley.  The famous Cresta run goes right past the front of the building (during the winter season).  The access is quite steep so may not be suitable for people who have difficulty walking. A fantastic host, who answered all questions promptly. This was my first experience of booking an apartment, and it didn't disappoint, in fact it surpassed all my expectations. Thank you Ben.

The apartment had everything we could ask for and even more. Unfortunately, we did not get to meet the owner but he was extremely willing to help us with everything we asked him. We would definitely choose this apartment again if we visited St. Moritz!! Thank you for everything Benjamin!
