House at the seafront

Excellent location in the heart of Stari Grad, on the quayside, close to many excellent restaurants, bars, cafes, bakeries etc. The second time we have been here. Simple, tasteful, no frills but comfortable.

A handrail up the stairs would be a nice addition for elderly couple like us!

The property is magnificent. The location is beautiful right on the seafront in the middle of town. Parking was easy. I could fully recommend it.

Zcela unikátní ubytování přímo břehu moře, všude blízko, přímo v centru městečka. Večer trochu hlučnější, přímo pod okny vede hlavní promenáda, ale později večer už velmi klidné, byli jsme v mimosezóně, takže i restaurace v okolí zavíraly dříve, nic nerušilo. V bytě vše potřebné.

Dveře na toaletu jen zasouvací, pro někoho může být trochu rušivé a nepohodlné, ale nic, co by se nedalo zvládnout.

The studio was welcoming, well decorated and well equipped. We had a wonderful stay there. The location was amazing, with superb views from the windows. We adored Stari Grad and being right in the middle of it was a lovely experience. The host replied by phone to any questions we had and was charming. We really loved staying here.

nothing could have been better

This is the most perfect location in Stari Grad, right on the water front. It’s quiet and just far enough away from the busy dock to still feel part of the vibe in the charming old town. The apartment has a stunning view, and it has been nicely renovated. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay. The ferry from Split is also an easy and scenic 15 minute walk. And, Tamara is the perfect host. We would stay here again if we came back.

Everything was great.

Facilities are excellent, especially bathroom and kitchen equipment. Views from the apartment.

Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario, super accogliente, in una posizione perfetta, proprio nel centro di Stari Grad, un borgo delizioso. L'host è stata gentilissima e ci ha dato preziosi consigli su spiagge e ristoranti da non perdere. Nei dintorni non lontano è presente un parcheggio gratuito. Proprio sotto casa ci sono bar, ristoranti, negozi.

Letto non comodissimo.
