The Castle Apartment

It was very comfortable and clean and very nicely decorated. There were lovely little touches. The items provided for breakfast were an added bonus and set us up for our journey home. The host was very friendly. He met us gave us some recommendations about places to eat and visit. The location was excellent.

We were totally surprised at the size of the appartment, the ensuit bathroom was great, the enclosed patio area was a sun trap ! Had a nice glass of wine before heading out to the Cuan for a birthday party, Ian and his family were very welcoming ! We had a wee drink in the Lobster pot right beside us, had great night ! Enjoyed an amazing continental breakfast included in the price! Well done Ian and family we will be back soon , thanks very much!

Ian who met my partner on arrival was so lovely, giving a fabulous tour of the accomodation. The apartment was clean, warm & welcoming after a long day. The coffee, breakfast items, fresh milk & juice was a gratefully received addition to get us going again in the morning. Everything was well laid out, clean & cosy. Comfy bed, warm shower & useful amenities with plenty of towels. Although the weather didnt allow us to enjoy the outside space, it also looked lovely. Ian as host was quick to respond to any questions or queries we had and exactly on time to meet us at check in & check out, so we didn't have any hassle when working on a tight schedule! We would have loved to stay for longer, so will definitely have to stay again to explore a bit more!

We were just sad as we were at a wedding we didn't get to spend much time enjoying the accomodation!

Lovely apartment, great location with good restaurants near by. Very well stocked with nice selection of breakfast foods inc soda bread and fruit. Good centre for walking and lough.

The reason I have given a low score for 'comfortable': noise throughout night from room above bedroom (belonging to neighbour), worsened by creaking floorboards.
