For travellers using Booking.com, simple and inexpensive courtesies are essential. We're travelling by bike! 1 clothes washing tablet, 2 tea bags, some coffee. Please for the next guests.

Great communication, good location and great value for money

The flat is comfortable and has a good size for two people. The shower is great and the bed is soft and comfy. Within less than 10 one can reach the main part of town with restaurants and shops. The communication with the owners is fast, friendly and they are very attentive. They offer tips where to go and one can find maps and brochures in the living room. Also the ferry to the national park Kosterhavent is easy to walk to. As the house is on a small hill, one can enjoy the sunset over the ocean and Strömstad on the rocks just in front of the house (1min walk).

At least for guests who like to cook, there could be a bit more equipment in the kitchen. But as soon as we ask for something which was missing the owner helped out immediately and we had a nice chat. At least for autumn a hair dryer would be great to have.

Cold, smelly, uninviting, old basement.The furniture had its best days. The kitchen is awful. The bathroom is very small with a toilet & a sink and it stinks
