Clean, fresh and close to everything but out the way

Beautiful building ,restored to a high standard. Very private ,nobody overlooking you. Ample parking close to all amenities in the area.

Uncomfortable sofa, felt like I was sitting in a waiting room. Induction hob in the kitchen wasn't the best thing to try and boil water for eggs, even after using boiling water from the kettle the water still wouldn't boil on the hob. There was an odd tapping noise through the night which I think may have been the pipes or a radiator in the corridor that woke me up every night. Only one towel per each person for 5 nights. No cleaning products to use. For such a grand building the facilities were very basic. The check out time of 10 am is a bit early . Tv in lounge area was a bit small for the size of the room.

Spotless, warm, quiet and great for training at ABRS. Close enough to the centre but still nicely placed out the way. I have rebooked for another 10 days now.

Great location and modern facilities.

Could have done with a couple of little touches. A tea towel and a bath mat would have been helpful

Handy location just 10 minute walk to Sunderland city centre. A beautiful and very quiet apartment with traditional features. The apartment has everything you require for a home from home base.

No full length mirror.

The renovation of the building is amazingly done as well as the decoration. Plenty of parking spaces.

It was winter and we struggled getting the place warmed up properly. There was no toiletries.
