It was lacking in basics such as hooks or rails in the bathroom to put your towel. There was no mirror in the bedroom. The cups and cutlery were cheap quality and stained.

property was in a good location for our needs and it was modern

upon arrival no key in lock box or hot water both issues resolved relatively quickly the property is nice and modern but lacks the little things that make a big difference no place to hang towel near shower no place for toiletries in shower no mirror or anywhere to do hair make up in bedroom to be honest the bedroom is very bland the bed could do with been bigger to fill some space in the room no soft furnishings to ease the echos black out blinds useless no privacy glass in bedroom or bathroom so blind had to be permanently down it felt like you was in a goldfish bowl if you put them up. the sofa was uncomfortable and the tv far too small for size of the room. we had one towel for two people for 3 nights no hand towel provided ( I shouldn’t have to ask for these simple things ) no pillow cases on spare pillows and god knows when the floors were last cleaned properly my feet have never been so black we were supplied with a stinky tea towel and pan scrubber which also didn’t smell very nice maybe provide clean towel and new scrubber for each guest. we were on the ground floor and was woken early every morning by someone above walking the corridor in what sounded like heels which wasn’t great.
