As pias dos banheiros com entupimentos, acredito ser muito fácil fácil corrigir, basta usar o desentupidor de pia , não fiz pelo fato de não ter no local, mas a pessoa que faz a limpeza deveria fazer a cada mudança de hóspede. É muito desagradável você usar a pia e a mesma estar entupida. NÃO É UMA RECLAMAÇÃO, APENAS UM ALERTA PARA MELHORAR AINDA MAIS.

Cozinha completa, camas boas, localização central, áreas comuns muito agradáveis. Banheiros bons, com banho agradável.

Somente o sofá descascando, o resto, muito bom mesmo. Não desabona o apartamento.
