The bottom line: Stay away from this place! This place doesn’t live up to anything it claims on Booking.com. In particular, the ratings above 9 for cleanliness, comfort, and amenities are hard to believe. We stayed in Apartment 620 B. It’s very sparsely furnished and offers no comfort—it’s more like a garden shed. We’ve stayed in many accommodations in Malaysia and would rate this one as below average even by Malaysian standards. The view from the apartment does not match the pictures; see my own photo for reference. The place had only been superficially cleaned; there was hair from previous guests on the beds. The walls showed significant signs of wear and tear of all kinds. The bathroom is covered in mold streaks and grime buildup from years past. The main problem, however, is the smell. The entire complex—incidentally, a huge new-build complex that is already showing its age and is correspondingly worn-out and dingy—smells of a sweetish stench of decay. There appears to be a drainage problem in the apartment itself, resulting in a significant additional odor nuisance. At night, the smell is particularly strong—like feces and a clogged drain—making it nearly impossible to fall asleep. The building is very noisy, so you can hear a lot of noise from the hundreds of neighbors. The landlord is not accommodating in the slightest, even though the issues with odors and the drain, in particular, seem to be an ongoing problem. The cleaning service sent a technician, but that didn’t help with the smell. Unfortunately, we spent three nights in this dreadful accommodation, which we eventually left feeling completely exhausted and glad to be out of Cameron Highlands. It’s a shame, really, because otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.

This place has an amazing view.. the house is super clean! They literally have everything in kitchen.. even noodles! I had amazing stay..host is very responsive and very helpful

Nothing at all in terms of hygiene n also facilities maybe view as we were on 8th floor

Facilities were locked n run down Apartment was not cleaned as we encountered two baby crock coaches n bed mites. Water heater did not produce consistent water temperature
