Wifi is stable with mesh connection between floors.

House is not maintained. There are ceiilng damage, paint damage. And water heater sometimes not work. Have to shower in cold water. For that price i expect bigger tv at least premium youtube or netflix. No side tables in bedroom, even the mirror in the room are too basic to see. With no frame owner just fixed it with tape i guess. Rooftop also not maintained. Overall owner just rent out to customers with basic need to live, not to enjoy the stay.

The venue is spacious for family get-aways. With the 5 bedrooms w attached 5 bathrooms, not only it offers privacy but convenience. The plan layout is very organised w 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, most suited for senior citizens and the rest of 3 bedrooms are on the next level. And worry not about cold water shower, the penthouse has hot water available in all bathrooms and its wet kitchen. The kitchen is not "big-big" but its more than suffice, clean and well equipped. The owner has certainly put some thoughts into prioritising the needs of the guests especially those inclined towards home cooked meals. The venue, being a penthouse, has a segregated top floor for BBQ, with sink washing, power plug points etc. Its just great - for big groups - to hv indoorsy as well as outdoorsy activities available within the same premise. We've only managed to spend 1 night, and are very pleased w our stay. Thank You to Home-Owner for emphatising our needs

Nothing that we didnt like, really... Perhaps "newer" cooking pans will be a bonus. (Though it can be tiresome for Owner to keep replacing new ones, if the guests are not using it "right") Oops, the portable picnic stove is not functioning well, though...
