Good facilities and well equiped

Need to improve the cleanliness! Bathroom smells bad, bedsheet was not change (there’s stain of lipstick, also smells like it has been use), clothes of previous guest left in the bathroom, floor was not cleaned (feels sticky and dusty), few cockroaches in the room (which we manage to kill lol), the kitchen cabinet worn out so can smell the woody and mold. The facilities everthing was good except the owner didnt maintance and cleaned well. When whatsapp the owner does not even apologize and claimed that cleaner came and send pictures after cleaning as prove, then told bedsheet was change everytime like cmon you will now if its washed la.

The place is so near to every attraction place and also very spacious. The rooftop balcony is the best

The place is not clean kitchen is full of cockroach and the worst part some of them are flying roach. And also the owner didnt send us the checkin details until we called them. They didnt reply to our text. Water heater only work for 1st floor

The bathrooms were smelly. Water was leaking in the bathrooms and they were throughout wet during our stay. Bedroom floors were very slippery. One burner in the kitchen malfunctioned and exploded when switched on. Other burner was good.
