The bedsheets and pillow cases in all rooms were very smelly and got someone else's hair on it. Please improve on cleaning and housekeeping. Some windows cannot be locked thus putting our children at risk. It would be better if you could add some additional grill.

The toilet door damaged in master bedroom, smelly scent will come after midnight due to unable to close toilet door. Induction cooker also faulty.
