The sofa is hard. No cushion at all. The pillow is small and flat and could not provide support.

The worst issue was the bathroom window. If anyone from the upstairs unit wanted to look down, they could see inside the bathroom. The window cannot be closed and the glass is cracked, which is extremely worrying and feels unsafe!!! Another safety concern was the security swing bar door lock, which was not functioning because one of the parts was missing. The bedframe in one of the rooms was broken, which affects comfort, a lack of proper maintenance for the unit Another frustrating point was that the host was not responsive when I tried to ask questions or raise concerns Lastly, the noise from other residents was very disturbing. People from other units were making loud noise after 12am. It felt like they were behaving as if the whole building was theirs, without consideration for others Please consider these issues carefully before booking
