It's not well maintained. Many plugs are not functioning. Book for 6 pax but only get 2 towels. The guards are not friendly

My recent 2-day, 1-night stay at this homestay was extremely disappointing and did not match the description or facilities advertised on Booking.com. Many of the listed facilities were either unavailable or unusable. There was no toilet paper provided, the induction cooker was not functioning, and one of the bathroom sinks was broken. The overall cleanliness of the unit was far below acceptable standards. The apartment was not properly cleaned upon arrival, and cockroaches were found throughout the unit. As I was travelling with two young children aged 2 and 4, hygiene and safety were my primary concerns. Unfortunately, the condition of the property made our stay very uncomfortable. On the second day, after the unit was cleaned, the floor became oily and slippery, creating a significant safety hazard, especially for young children. Due to the poor condition of the unit, many of the advertised facilities could not be utilised at all. Considering the amount paid for this accommodation, the stay was certainly not worth the money. I sincerely hope Booking.com investigates this listing thoroughly, as I believe the property does not meet reasonable standards for guest accommodation and may not be suitable or safe for families with young children. I would also encourage the owner or management to personally stay in the unit for a night to experience the conditions faced by their guests, particularly larger groups and families. Significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, hygiene, and quality control are urgently needed before this property should continue to be marketed as it currently is. To future guests, I would strongly recommend exercising caution before booking this unit. In addition to the issues mentioned above, I found the owner to be unhelpful and unfriendly. When concerns were raised regarding the condition of the property, the responses received were rude and unprofessional rather than constructive. Overall, this was one of the most bad stay!
