The property was not as expected or as we booked. The pictures were nothing like the property. We booked and paid for 2 nights but left after the first night. 4 family members only 2 cups, 1 glass, a wok but nothing to use it on, a kettle, a fridge. Dirty ripped sheets and quilt cover. No ceiling in bathroom. Black around back of hand basin 2 faded old towels for 4 people. Ground floor with bathroom windows that do not lock. Did not like sharing with the cockroaches either.

Absolutely nothing

Everything. The moment we step into the apartment, the strong smell of cigarettes hits us almost instantly. All the bed sheets was too small for the bed. The bed was hard. Pillow was out of shape, blanket was prickly, sofa was rotten, the was no mop, no bucket or pail for mopping, no toiletries and no amenities. The induction cooker smelt of something burning from inside of it whenever we turn it on. Cookware looks so worn out, thank god I brought my own cookware. The iron feels like a bare minimum, couldn't even iron my clothes well. Ask for iron replacement but had no response. The phone line there is horrible and they don't provide any wifi. It's hard for you get a proper signal if your not near the balcony. The TV was basically useless, most of the channel is unavailable. The spare fans in the storage room was broken. Couldn't use it to air out the house. The management isn't strict as well, at 4-5am the tenant upstairs were making a ruckus, and only stopped at 6am. Blasting music so loudly, and disturbing other tenant's rest.
