I haven't been in a place where I had to pick up the keys in a while, but I must say the host did a wonderful job! Not only did we communicate well and promptly, but we also managed to get an earlier check-in.

Nothing that I can think of. Everything was smooth. (The place was well cleaned and very inviting, and the photos matched the place.)

The owners made an effort to equip the beautiful, comfortable apartment with little details that mean a lot for a short-term rental. It was precisely these small touches (a welcome package: coffee, cookies, vanity items, consumables in the kitchen...) that contributed to the feeling of being welcomed. Ofcourse that the apartment was also fully equipped with all necessary items and that everything was clean and ready.
