Apartamentul GAVIOTA-lângă Spitalul Județean și Casa Austria

I visited several cities in România over ~40 days and this was the best accommodation by far. I didn't want to leave! You will feel at home here. The host is helpful, friendly, energetic, and fun to be around. 🙂

The location was perfect for me, it was central to most of the destinations I had to go and the apartment was spotless and with everything I needed. The host was really pleasant to talk to and helpful with all questions or needs I had. If I'm going back to Timisoara anytime, that would be my place to stay from now on. This was the first time I had to rent in Timisoara and the experience was great. I had some booking issues but the Gabriela has made all the arrangements since the beginning. Until next time...

I hated that I had to leave

We loved everything! The location is amazing, the flat is modern, cozy and equipped with literally anything you'd need. 10/10 will come back here.

Sometimes, the neighbours upstairs were a bit noisy but not after 22:00

Mostly I liked the apartment itself. It was cozy, clean, and all you need for living is present. It is situated near shops, hospital, gas station, even the music shop is across the street :) And the owner herself, is a very beautiful woman, who always is willing to help in need.

Honestly, there were zero things that I didn't like.

We really appreciate the kindness of the owner, she is a welcoming lady who was very attentive to all the facilities of the property. The appartment is new and gorgeous decorated. We had everything we needed, kitchen and bathroom very well equipped (there was no microwave but we had no problem with that), automatic espresso machine, spacious enough living-room with air conditioner, nice dinning table and smart TV and WiFi and a small balcony. The property doesn't have a parking lot but you most probably will find a parking space in the front of the property or in the public parking (100m away from the property). The apartment is at the ground floor (you can hear ambulances passing there since the property is close to the Emergency Hospital). You have a supermarket 10 minutes away and a bus station 5 minutes away. The check-in and check-out processes were handled personally by the owner.
