The location The accessibility The host was super helpful and replied all the time super fast It was clean Had everything one needs for a stay there Kitchen well equipped (missing maybe just a handtowel)

The shower cabine was super small and depending on the size of the persone using it, it might be difficult to use. The iron was used before by someone whom managed to destroy it and make it unusable

The location just right in the city center.

The stairs of the building. The heating seems to not be keeping up. If it’s colder outside you’re gotta need some thicker clothes inside.

Very friendly host with whom I've only texted. Easy self-check-in. Spatious flat and lovely view. Nespresso machine, kettle, iron set and washing machine available.

More as an FYI - no elevator to 3rd floor. No shampoo nor air-dryer available. A couple of tea bags would have been nice (anyway, there's coffee capsules).
