5 Comfortable apartment near old town center

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, stylish, and perfectly located. Lovely accommodation – everything was perfect, highly recommend!

Autentičan prostor, predivan apartman! Ambijent koji ostavlja toliko upečatljiv utisak, da bih, bez zadrške, mogla reći da je jedan od najlepših smeštaja u kome smo bili u ovom delu Evrope. Ako ponovo posetimo Temišvar, ne bih požela da budemo na bilo kom drugom mestu, osim ovde - estetika ovog prostora nam je ulepšala boravak! Smešten na najboljoj mogućoj lokaciji, na samom trgu, sa svim potrebnim elementima, čist, komforan i, pre svega, specifično uređen i lep.

Sve nam se dopada / nemamo nikakvih zamerki 💕

Location was perfect, in the center, public parking is possible behind the building. Very clean.

Heating was on, in August. AC could work better.

Heating didn’t work, it was around 19 degrees all the time and couldn’t reach the 22 degrees. Owner didn’t respond on our message for a whole day, we asked how to fix it. We were there with toddler and small baby so we left apartment one night earlier because it was cold. When we informed owner about that, they responded very late with: we will send someone to fix heating. Like they didn’t read the message at all. We said we left/check out they are sending someone to fix the heating… Glasses and cups weren’t washed for a while, When we wanted to use them, they were sticky. Dust on the table and on the heater in the bathroom. And maybe the most important thing, in the apartment there are stairs (ok we saw pictures when we booked the accommodation). After we paid for property we asked how is the heating because we are coming with two kids,the owner responded : 22 degrees but there are stairs which are very dangerous…why they said that after we booked and paid? Why you didn’t mention that before and cancel request for booking when you saw that we were planning trip with small kids.

One of the best locations in town, fair price/quality ratio, the apartment has everything it needs. Heating was working, clean towels were provided, the place was clean, the access to the apartment was manageable. Other accessories were offered like shower gel, hair drier, ear cleaning sticks, etc. Love the interior decoration, specially the paintings!

There was a small odor in the bathroom and the heating system was doing a bit of noise during the night. To get to the apartment you need to pay attention a bit more to the instructions.
