There is a construction site next door which was a bit noisy during the day but not at night and is outside the control of the owner so rating was not reduced.

Excellent apartment, spacious, clean, comfortable, equipped with everything necessary, fully corresponds to the description. There is a supermarket and a public stop nearby. The owner is friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend!
