it was cold. The floor heating wasn’t working, maybe because the thermostat wasn’t connected properly. There was an AC but it was to small for the room and the air outside was to cold for it to work continually.

The size of the apartment is huge and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, clean area. Not much noise except from passing train which come once in a while. Easy to get to main area, either by walking or by Uber. Self check-in with instructions given on Whatsapp. Overall satisfied

Perhaps owner can at least response, not just quiet when the guest asking some basic question. If you cant speak english, there's google translator to help. Some improvement can be done like (1) curtain shower so water not splasing on the floor (2) toilet floor matt (3) most important is kettle, bcoz coffee maker cannot boil water. The place is nice but need some improvement. Thats all

Position. It is very close to Take Ionescu Blvd. Modern and cozy.

The bed was too stiff for my back. Though other people may like it this way. Parking is behind the building. You need to circle it to reach the entrance or of you are lucky enough the back door might be open.

Quiet, and warm place with all you need at hand. Parking place in a private area with access barrier.

Hard mattress.

Near Iulius Mall

The wall need some paint, the internet connection was not working either the TV cable, the fidge was not connected and a very bad smell from it.

the building is still in construction and there is alot of noise
