The apartment is as described, cosy and everything you need is there within the space. The hosts were so lovely, friendly, kind and helpful and this was one of the most important factors to us. The location is good, a short walk from the beach, very close to several parks and a useful supermarket. Also quite easy to catch a bus into Torrevieja town centre. It felt safe. Wifi was excellent and nice little balcony to enjoy the view. Great value for money for a convenient location and super hosts.

Quite a few steps at the entrance to the block which some people may struggle with, but we were fine and also lifts inside the building. Half way through the stay, the neighbours in the next apartment returned and were very loud, sometimes arguing and slamming doors. Luckily this was not the whole duration of the stay and it is out of the hosts' control.

Starting from the owner who was so available, helpfull and such a nice person, to everything that we had inside the studio, was perfect. A beautiful, cozy place with an amazing vue towards the sea wich is also placed in a very nice, quiet area. As well the facility of a very very close supermarket whereas you can find literally everything. Moreover the fact that is very closed to La Mata beach and very close to bus station, makes it more than accessible. We were very happy with everything here, and definitely will go back! Thank you!

Very clean well equipped apartment. Proximity to grocery store, bus stop and beach. Nice balcony with late afternoon sun in February. No traffic noise.
