The property was in a great location close to the Strand on the Townsville coast overlooking Magnetic Island. Very easy to get to. Very comfortable with good amenities.

Beautiful and well sized balcony. Spacious and open plan. Pod coffee machine and comfortable beds. Communication was quick and friendly. Check in was easy.

The lo action was great

Parking was evidently an issue from the moment we arrived. We booked the apartment for 4 adults and one child. There was one space provided. There were posters on both the main entrance and the refrigerator stating vehicle would be towed if we used the visitor parking. Obviously we had more than one vehicle I reached out to make contact with agent and was sent a text response. (I'm in a meeting call you back) No response was had after that. I booked apartment for 5 nights. All fans were faulty and switches broken So they would be on high or not at all

"Everything are perfect"

Quick response when we can not find hair dryer and bring a new one for us on the next day,Kids love the fridge due to it has automatic ice maker. We would love to stay here again 😊
