Location, location, location on The Strand, seaviews, self check-in via lock box

The host gave very clear and detailed instructions and even included recommendations for food options nearby and directions to shopping centre etc. I got dropped off to the wrong place and the host was easily contactable went out of their way to ensure I found the property. The balcony is very peaceful and great place to unwind. I would say one of the best communication received from a host.

The pillows in the master bedroom could be thicker I had to use 3 or 4. Possible improvement option to include an exhaust fan in bathroom but not essential. Other than that I couldn't fault anything!

The owners left easy instructions on how to collect the keys.

I would have liked to have had the option of using hot water for washing clothes. The washing machine water temperature was set to warm and cold.

The location and the facilities.

Only half of the bathroom window has privacy glass, necessitating in my daughter having to shower in the dark as she was visible from outside.
