Great views from the kitchen/livingroom

Dirty floors, carpets and cabinets. 2 broken beds. Ignored by hosts. Unable to stay in the apartment. Shower was warm then would be scalding hot, unable to control.

great location, everything was in a walkable distance. beach is only 10mins away, loads of options for food and drinks in the area.

gave the property owners our arrival time 2x days prior to arriving and sent a message the night before our arrival regarding the lockbox instructions as we hadn’t received them. still did not hear from them, so I called the provided number as we’re getting close to the destination and they said that instructions would be sent within the next 20-30mins. about 40mins later, still hadn’t received any instructions so I called the number again, and it kept being sent to voicemail, even when calling from different phones. it got to the point I had to contact Booking.com to get involved. it took 1hr30 to get inside the apartment, and we didn’t get so much as sorry. it was boiling hot inside (around 32degrees indoors compared to 25degrees outside) and almost impossible to cool the place down by opening the windows and using the 1 fan. also not all windows open. there are no blinds or curtains in the living room also. as stated in other reviews, it might not be suitable for a group of 4, as one of the beds were very small for a double bed. also, the bed frame for bigger double bed was wayy too big and didnt fit - when you would sleep, the bed kind of sinks because of it. there were also some plug sockets that weren’t working (where the kettle was).

Proximity to the beach and city centre.

It is a lovely place but It was a little bit too warm, it would do with blinds to have an option of keeping the lounger diner cool. The floor was gritty not properly cleaned before we arrived.

Great location, close to beach and town, had a great meal in the Funki Griller which is about 2 mins walk from the property. parked the car up for the weekend and walked as all so close. car park was just £6.30 for 24 hours.

Central location

Location was great. I had apprehension about parking but the nearby parking was good. The views were lovely. The apartment was very comfortable and it was perfect for me, my 3 year old and my Dad. We enjoyed the area nearby. We enjoyed being indoors with a nice and relaxing glass of wine. My son loved the place too. All round lovely.

It's hilly all around the areaa so a challenge for my dad with a bad knee to get around but that's more to do with my Dad rather than the property.

Unrivalled and breath-taking views that truly have to be seen to be believed.

Navigating the flights of stairs to reach the penthouse can be challenging, especially with lots of luggage, but the breath-taking view from the top makes every step worthwhile.

Location, fab kitchen & lounge. Very clean

2nd bedroom not really a double with a small bed. Main bedroom mattress smaller than bed. No hand towel in the bathroom! Address on Google maps takes you to Hinton Road not Upper HR. Clarification on site details can be clarified. A photo of the entrance may help.
