The facilities were exceptional. The views from the roof were amazing. The 50m pool and exercise room were great. The room was clean and well equipped The host replied promptly to my messages.

The check in process was complicated and poorly planned. Security measures require constant use of a keycard. The welcome message needs details on how to use the card for the elevator and how to use the code to open the door. I had to message the host for wifi info.
