Chayka Comfort Apartment

The building is old but the apartment is renovated. It have everything needed even for longer stay. The host was very responsive and helpful, very smooth and clear communication with him. The place is very close to the sea garden and the parking in the area was still free, but soon it will be in the Green Zone I believe.

Everything was fine. No complains just recommendations - the towels are quite old and should be changed with new pairs. It would be great to have mosquito nets

Retro rustic building with freaky elevator (but working well) Refrigerator almost not working (food going bad after 3 days in refrigerator because not cooling) No chairs on balcony No bottles suport plate in /arround shower Boiler small capacity, not for long showers Big issues with key lock entering building downstairs, old lock blocking, not able to enter building unles jiggling key in lock for many minutes

Location, amenities, the space was very clean, organized and had everything needed for a great stay. My favorite part was the communication, very clear, easy and positive. Highly recommended!
