The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped. The location was perfect — close to the sea, markets, and restaurants. The outdoor thermal pool was a great bonus for relaxation after long walks around Varna. Communication with the host was smooth and professional.

Access to the key and parking description need some updates, guards at the gate do not speak any foreign language

We had work in the surrounding area and it was very convenient that we could easily get out and back without having to wait in city traffic. at the same time, it is very close to a public transport stop and the city's attractions are easily accessible even without a car. there are many shops and a medical center nearby. - reasonable price (with a discount if the third person is a child and not an adult) - suitable for children - a pleasant complex with large lawns and a playground. We couldn't use the pool, but it was also a good option. - well equipped apartment. Clean both in it and in the whole complex - very kind hosts. Perfectly organized remote communication. - possibility of parking right next to the entrance - the security guy who was on duty when we arrived was very kind, he even walked over to show us personally where the available parking spots were.

Every time we drove back and the security staff had changed, we had to explain again where we were going, although we were asked twice how long we would stay at the complex. Not all of them were so cooperative at first but all went well and we even didn’t understand what the issue was.

The flat is very clean and freshly renovated with a nice black and white style.

the A/C units are not conventional ones but using the thermal waters, it's nice in theory but if the weather gets very hot it might not cool enough. In my case it was under 30 degrees outside and it did get to 22 inside (while the unit was showing 16C but it never actually gave off such cold air).

This apartment has everything you need for a short or long term stay. It's very clean, spacious and comfortable to live in.
