Clean, friendly, very helpful host. Well stocked with everything you need for daily life. Location is great, near Sea Garden, lots of stores around.

I am a person with some physical limitations, so climbing to 4 floor was kinda hard, esp.with suitecases. Apartment is quite small, this washroom with open shower, hmm...

Appartamento molto pulito e ben attrezzato, buona posizione per visitare la città e andare al mare, parcheggio a pagamento a pochi metri. Facile comunicazione con il proprietario che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per il check in e il parcheggio Letti abbastanza comodi Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Forse un'utopia per questa struttura

Ingresso del palazzo sporco e fatiscente, quasi da dare l'idea di non essere in un posto fidati, ovvero letteralmente parlando un palazzo abbandonato. In camera 1 solo asciugamano medio piccolo e anche sporco; wifi fuori servizio; ho chiesto per iscritto una camera buia e mi è stata data forse la più luminosa; doccia completamente tappata con l'acqua che arriva fuori dal bagno. Host contattato al telefono prima dell'arrivo alquanto indisposto e scorbutico.
