Location, cleanliness, facilities everything was perfect. The stuffs were very prompt at responding and helpfull. Please keep up this cleanliness.

Great space. Big enough for my infant and toddler girls. It had everything you would need to enjoy your stay in Interlaken area. The internet was fast enough for my little girl to stream baby YouTube videos. The walk from the train takes about 10 minutes but there is a bus stop literally within walking distance from the property which drops you off down around the Interlaken West train station. Very convenient!! The host was very quick with her communication and the messages were very clear/precise. This is what I had imagined for what a perfect booking to be; smooth, clean and to the point. Thank you Sofia for the stay. We will be back perhaps with family and/or with friends!

The washer and dryer was not in the apartment but was not a deal breaker.

The property was spacious, clean and updated. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. We enjoyed having a smart TV and access to a washer/dryer. The beds are comfortable. The property manager was very responsive to any questions/needs we had.

The washer and dryer are in the basement and shared with other tenants of the building. They were in use by others at times. The train station and grocery store are a 10-15 min walk, which wasn't super convenient. The bus stop is close, but only comes every 30 minutes, so you have to time your trip to the train station.
