Cozy Quiet Getaway Surrounded by Nature - 19 Miles to Downtown Boston!

This is a great place to stay if you are exploring Boston. Room for a family to stay in comfort and all facilities you need. It’s great if you want to get away from the busyness of the city, it’s in a quiet location amongst nature! Highly recommend

Apartment was exactly what we wanted! We were 3 women and felt safe and comfortable with the area. The Apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, decorated well! Would definitely use again and recommend to others in the area! We traveled to Salem and Boston easily, very glad we found it!!!

There's a step going in the front door on the inside that is easy to miss when coming in later at night in the dark....almost fell!

The accommodations were just as described. So comfortable and welcoming. The hosts were great. The neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved the color scheme, amount of beds, coffee provided and location!

Parking

The hosts are super friendly and helpful as they live in the house above. This is a large one bedroomed ground floor apartment, more than adequate for my wife and I. There are a further 2 single beds for family members. I am not sure that there is sufficient space for a lengthy extended family stay. The bigger than king size bed was very comfortable indeed and I slept better here even than in my own king size bed when I am at home, though I did catch my self on something metal on the structure of the bed getting out on one occasion. There is a very well equipped kitchen, and a large fridge and an adjoining sitting room area. I cannot remember if there was a dishwasher, but there being only 2 of us we did not need one, but can I make plain this property is not in want of any facilities. There is a small bathroom containing a shower, a sink and washing machine and tumble dryer. We went in high summer and the property can be easily cooled down by the air conditioning units, though it was generally cool enough not to be required at night. Wilmington was for us an excellent and pretty location - well clear of the metropolis of Boston, but in close enough proximity ie a half hour drive. NB Park at Boston Common Park carpark, Charles Street. And it is cheaper I found with SpotHero. We made 2 trips to Boston, one to Salem, one to Gloucester and Rockport, and a number of walks near nearby lakes in woods infested with hungry bitey things unfortunately more interested in the taste of English arm and thigh than the view. Nothing of note. September might be the best time to enjoy warmth but without so many flying things, but that is not a criticism of the property, just a suggestion.

The property was exactly as described…quiet, cozy, and convenient to downtown. Wendy was very helpful, quick to reply to texts, and available for any questions. Property was as pictured. Very clean! The beds were comfortable and we didn’t need to purchase anything other than food. Handsoap, toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, hair dryer was all provided. Free and convenient parking, quiet and safe neighborhood, quick access to highway and downtown. Highly recommend and would stay again.
