The cottage is lovely, surprisingly spacious, very clean, good kitchen facilities. Location is very central for the town. Beautifully decorated.

The beds! The twin beds have poor quality mattresses so we used extra duvets to pad them out. Not really suitable for adults. The main bed is too soft. Bring earplugs if staying at weekend, music/party at next door pub very loud. Same comments as before, a shower over bath would be better.

Central location. Easy to walk into town. A little hike though to the Green Man shuttle

The house had everything we needed. It was comfy and the close proximity to town was superb.

The back bedroom overlooked a beer garden and it became very noisy. This was during warmer weather and the pub’s garden was very full, but it disturbed our 6 year old’s sleep.

It was spacious, well equipped and maintained. A lovely property.

Close proximity to the pub meant it was noisy. We didn’t feel particularly safe outside the property at night time.

Very well equipped, bright, spacious, clean

The beds in the second bedroom were extremely uncomfortable and not fit for even a modest sized adult to sleep on. By contrast, the double bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. It should be made clear that this property is only suitable for a couple or one single adult with up to 2 children, but not for two adults requiring separate bedrooms.

Location perfect for exploring Abergavenny on foot. Absolutely immaculate house. Highly recommend! Would book this again in a minute!

Need toiletries shelf in the bathrooms.
