We didn't get to stay in this property we got a call two hours before check in to say that the apartment we booked was no longer available and that they had to relocate us to a hotel three story large style town house we was on the top floor no lift and a toddler pushchair in tow no suitable at tall won't book with this provider again.

Great spacious clean apartment . Great central location .

Main bedroom bed mattress a bit worn . We lost hot water(was fixed by plumber quickly) .

Got moved so didn't stay at the original booking. Seems to be a common trait looking at the reviews.

No parking at new accommodation compared to original booking which isn't helpful with 3 kids and a dog in tow

Very expensive for what it was and we did not get the apartment we booked. Also they did not explain where the hot tub was or how to access it until we checked out.

The property is just a short walk from the main amenities of Aberystwyth. Nice and quiet in the evenings with no disruptions. The key collection point is only a short walk from the property and this was hassle free. Property was spotless and well appointed with comfy beds. Would happily stay here again.

The property was too warm initially but easily resolved by turning off radiators/turning down the thermostat. All easily accessed rather than being hidden in some properties.
