Alica’s house is perfectly located - just across the street from Rabati Castle. Also, Akhalsikhe is a perfect base for going to Vardzia, Abastumani, the lakes.

The owner is very friendly.Ours rooms was very clening. Excelent breakfast.The hotel is located perfectly.

We liked all of it, the place was spacious, squeaky clean. The host we welcomed us was the nicest ever met, she made us same nice Georgian treats. We loved our stay in the privat house. There are more than 10 restaurants nearby on walking distance.

The breakfast was amazing! French toast, hard boiled eggs, sausage, bread with butter and jam. Milk, tea & coffee. Our host asked us what time would be best for breakfast.

This is a great place to stay. Close to the bus station and to the castle. Alisa is a very sweet host and makes an amazing breakfast. Great value for money and would definitely recommend,

Great location near the center of the Akhaltsikhe. A lot of grocery stores around, and all needs are satisfied.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The location was just right by the castle. The staff was very accommodating. They showed us where we can park a car across the street from the apartment

The switches for the lights are not intuitive. For one of the rooms the switch was by the entrance of the apartment.
