Proximity to the beach was great, and the unit was well cleaned. Lovely chocolates & wine provided.

correspondence with staff was a bit impatient/ rude. The check-in details were emailed but no attachment was enclosed on the email. I informed the staff accordingly, but subsequently all follow-up correspondence for the lock box code, wifi password etc was very abrupt with us because they said "we have sent this information". A bit of a struggle to get the key, as the code did not correspond with the safe digits. Staff were a bit impatient over the phone regarding assisting us and a bit rude to us over the phone. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, we stopped enquiring with staff because they were not polite.

Nothing, it was a horrible experience, the owner of the property is very unprofessional and arrogant.

The owner of the property is very rude, unprofessional, and arrogant . We didn't even get access to the facility that we had already payed for, and he arranged a very dirty "foul smeeling" cheap facility at a different place.

I liked everything that was available in the apartment and it it is perfect located with an amazing view of the beach. Will definitely visit again.
