Akis is wonderful! The property is a little green bubble in town with a very nice a cozy garden! Everything is simple and there is everything needed. Akis offered us some fresh eggs in the morning and that was really sweet! Also, when we forgot something he immediately contacted us to inform about it!

M.Akis est très sympathique et son assistante a été très arrangeante pour nous permettre de déposer les bagages à l'arrivée. Très joli jardin. Un raccourci qui passe par le sanctuaire d'Artemis et devant le cimetière permet de rejoindre l'aéroport en 10mn à pieds contre 22mn d'après Google. La vieille ville est à 10mn de bus avec la ligne 2A.

L'appartement est très très vieillot. Les lits grincent et sont tres inconfortables. La douche l'est tout autant. La maison est située entre la rue et un lycée et il n'y a aucune insonorisation. La lumière du lampadaire puis du jour passe à travers la porte et réveillé très tôt le matin. Bref ce n'est vraiment pas idéal pour un bon sommeil malgré la bonne volonté des hôtes.

Very clean appartment with everything you could need, only 10 minutes walk to airport and the sea front, I would definitely stay at Akis Gardens again👍

The staff were very friendly and the house has a very nice garden, it’s also quite close to the centre just one bus away.

The facilities are old, the washing machine for example is usable. However when we used it our clothes got stuck inside and they had to call someone to help as the washing machine wasn’t opening. Although Mr.Akis was very helpful it’s still something to note.

The hosts are extremely friendly. The vegetable and flower garden are amazing. They offered me a tour and some fresh veggies and eggs. The garden that comes with the house is a little paradise.
