The apartment was not as was advertised - While advertised as a fully equipped apartment with a large variety of facilities, several key facilities listed on Booking.com were not available or sufficient, including: Minimal free toiletries • No heating • No iron or ironing board • No suitable charging points for phones or laptops • No adequate workspace/desk • Insufficient bed linen for warmth • Insufficient towels for the week.
