Il proprietario non solo non mi ha dato le informazioni per entrare e fare il check-in facendoci rimanere fuori casa, fra l'altro eravamo arrivati la sera abbastanza tardi col volo, ma non mi risponde nemmeno alle chiamate e ai messaggi per avere il rimborso, non risponde nemmeno allo staff di booking.
