Communication was dreadful/non-existent. We had a last-minute family bereavement of a young person which prevented us going even as we packed our bags. We sent a message immediately advising of the problem. It was not acknowledged. We sent a further a message to see if the first have been received and it was not acknowledged. We left a telephone message and it was not returned. It seems to us that it was a matter of supreme indifference whether we arrived or not or whether we had had an accident on the way. We would’ve loved to have visited this premises, but find the support utterly unacceptable

The property was in an amazing location, the owners were lovely and I would recommend this property to everyone.

There was a few items broken in the property when we arrived but we still loved staying there.

Great base for North West 200 and coastal routes

Location excellent for the seafront with bars and restaurants. Very spacious apartment.

There were a few hairs in the bathroom and bedroom and the bathrooms especially need a bit of TLC. Boiler stoppped working after first night but the owners dealt with the issue very well.

Close to amenities clean cosy

No tv in bedroom lol
