Centro Urban Chania

We loved the accommodation. The apartment was lovely, bright and highly aquiped to make our family holiday perfect. The location is fabulous. In the center of things and yes quiet enough to enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of all attractions. The balcony has the best view. Miss our morning coffee so much. Georgia was wonderful and made our holiday perfect. Will definitely return to this marvelous place.

Great location, 5 Minutes from old harbour. Big, clean and good equipped apartment in the heart of Chania, enough space for at least 4 persons.

The room height of the bathroom is just about ~2m... That was slightly strange.. I am 2m and could not stand straight in the shower...

The apartment was very clean and in a great location.

There was no dishwashing liquid, no dishwashing detergent and no washing powder on arrival. I have stayed at many places around the world and these things are always available for use. I had to buy my own in each case. There was also no welcome instructions on how to use the apartment's facilities (such as washing machine, dishwasher) and no helpful guide on local restaurants and supermarkets. These things are always very helpful for people new to the area and have been provided almost everywhere else I've stayed.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment in a great location between the old town with the Venetian harbour and the Splantzia (old Turkish district) and only a short walk to Koum Kapi beach. The street is not especially picturesque but quiet and the nearby restaurants are all good, especially Kostas on the main road and the fish restaurant (To Maridaki) on the corner. Bedrooms were spacious with lots of storage space and the air-con was efficient. Wifi was also good. Kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge/freezer. Good nicely decorated bathroom with lots of complimentary toiletries. The balcony was narrow, but still good for sitting out in the evenings. The contact via Whatsapp with the owner/agent was helpful and kind, even when we managed to lock ourselves out!

There were a few light fittings missing in the sitting room, which was a shame as the room was fairly attractively decorated. The sandwich toaster was broken off its hinges, but still usable (if a little unsafe). Second set of keys was not supplied which would have made life easier.

Location and size of the property. Having a wash machine was a bonus. Elevator was also nice to bring in luggage. Balcony was nice

This was just the PERFECT place! Great communication with the hosts, spot clean, comfortable, well located... Honestly we could not hope for more! Exceeded our expectations!

stayed with my mum and sister for 3 nights in May 2023. Georgia, the host, was super helpful and would immediately respond to my messages. i even got a parcel delivered before my arrival and she dropped it off for me the day after I checked in. The flat is on the first floor and has been recently renovated, super clean and has all the facilities you would need for a comfortable stay. i loved the touch of the premium branded toiletries in the bathroom. The flat is literally located in the heart of the historic centre and you are a 5 min walk from the port, and meters away from some of the best local restaurants. The beds are comfortable and there was more than enough clean linen and towels available.

nothing i can think about. If i need to pick out something, i would say maybe having a couple of towels in the kitchen so we wouldn’t have to use paper towels
