Villa Pefki

The grounds and houses are absolutely gorgeous! High up and in the nature, it’s so clean and beautiful. A real oasis. The hostess was really helpful and kind and told us exactly where to visit.

The villa is very pleasant, with a super friendly host (welcoming and helpful with everything), an amazing large pool, and terraces with a stunning view. The villa itself has a lovely style and a well-thought-out layout — the presence of other guests is barely noticeable, making the stay feel quite private. The interior is tasteful and stylish, with clear attention to detail throughout.

The only slightly inconvenient aspect is the location — it's worth noting that renting a car is highly recommended. We were aware of this in advance, so we wouldn’t consider it a downside. Taxis to the city arrive quickly, cost around €15–20, and the ride takes about 15 minutes.

A great spot with an awesome view over Chania bay. Superbe swimming pool and pool deck. Nice surrounding.. Lovely and great owners who really care for their guests.

Everything 🙂 Up on a hill with many tall pine trees. Every villa has privacy, with two terraces, one being shaded and breezy. Many windows that let the cool air flood the house. We barely used the air conditioning. The whole property is very quiet and looks amazing, with lots of flowers and fruit trees (we had a lemon tree over the terrace) and a good size shared pool. Beds were super comfortable. Nice towels and bed linen. Glasses, cups and plates were all new and nice quality. Owner was willing to help with any information we needed. Great location, 10-15 min from both airport and city center (by car). You definitely need a car!

Only one bathroom. We managed very well, but a second toilet would have been even better. The appliances in the kitchenette were a bit dated, although functional and very practical.

The owner is an angel. She’s so kind. Everything is super clean and kept clean. The pool, the house all cleaned very often. It’s very green. There are a lot of beautiful plants and trees. The swimmingpool is very relaxing and fun. The location is beautiful. There is a nice atmosphere on the property.

We loved this place! Super clean and nice, 10 drive from city center. The owner’s son gave us great tips for restaurants and other helpful stuff.

We had an absolutely amazing staying at Villa Pefki, from the host to the location. Everything was exceptional. If you're looking to stay in Chania, you must stay here!
